Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with fabulous mountain views. The service was friendly and welcoming, although some language barriers were faced. The location provides a peaceful atmosphere yet remains close to the gondola and city center. The dining options were average with a buffet style offering. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel rooms were nice, big, and clean, with some cigarette smoke occasionally coming through the vents, which was a bit unpleasant. The location was close to the slopes and offered a quiet setting, but noise from nearby stairs made it hard to sleep at times. The service was top-notch, although there was some push to dine at the hotel. The dining experience was tasty and varied overall, but the hot breakfast was not always served hot. The facilities were adequate, with a pleasant sauna and pool area.
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Tanne; the rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel was wonderfully quiet. However, the street sales staff nearby were a bit overwhelming, making me consider a hotel closer to the center for future visits.
